Then acto is the right place for you! As a Talent Acquisition Manager (f/m/d), you will play a pivotal role in helping to establish the structures and processes of our P&C department. You’ll work closely with our People & Culture Lead, Julia, taking ownership of talent acquisition, identifying and addressing top talents and successfully guide them through the entire recruiting process up to contract signing while also tackling exciting People & Culture projects like Employer Branding, Career Development, Events and more. 
Your mission
  • Job Definition and Advertising: You play a leading role in job definition and advertising, giving free rein to your creativity and ensuring that we use the right, target group-specific channels.

  • Active Sourcing: You identify the best talents through targeted active sourcing strategies and ensure that our pipeline is always filled. You are a LinkedIn Recruiter Pro and bring top candidates that suit the current needs of acto.

  • Candidate Experience: You guarantee a first-class candidate experience through your exceptional organisational skills as well as your friendly communication and ability to build strong relationships.

  • Stakeholder Management: You act as the main point of contact for our Hiring Managers and provide them with your expertise, advice and support on all recruiting topics.

  • Recruitment Operations: You are responsible for all applicant tracking and management via our ATS Personio and ensure that we are 100% GDPR compliant and are able to provide analytics of our recruitment strategies.

  • People & Culture Projects: You have the opportunity to work on other P&C projects e.g. internal and external Employer Branding, Training & Development (Career Development, Job Levels, Leadership), company events and many more possibilities.

Your profile: What you need to succeed
  • Recruitment Experience: You have 2+ years of experience in the field of Talent Acquisition ideally in the SaaS environment

  • Passion for People: You genuinely enjoy creating an environment where people can do their best work and feel valued.

  • Drive: You’re motivated to work in a dynamic startup environment, with a hands on mentality, ready to roll up your sleeves and make an impact from day one. 

  • Excellent Communication: You’re confident in interacting with stakeholders at all levels and have a strong command of both written and spoken English and German so you are able to conduct interviews in both languages. 

  • Organizational Skills: You excel at managing multiple projects and keeping tasks on track in a fast-paced setting.

  • Tools Pro: You have already worked with LinkedIn Recruiter and are able to use it effectively for talent acquisition.

Plus points:

  • Experience with Personio: You ideally already worked in Personio ATS for applicant tracking and management.

  • Start-up experience: You ideally already gained experience in a start-up or scale-up, so that you understand the dynamics and challenges well.
