Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer (m/f/x) with a strong focus on frontend development to join our innovative team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for crafting dynamic and responsive user interfaces that seamlessly integrate with our backend infrastructure. Your expertise in frontend technologies and passion for creating intuitive user experiences will drive the evolution of our platform and contribute to our mission of revolutionizing data interaction.

Your mission

Full Stack Ownership: Lead the architectural design and implementation of both frontend and backend components, optimizing performance, security, and scalability.
Problem Solving: Tackle complex issues across the stack, such as developing innovative ways for sales employees to interact with data (e.g., chat with your data) and enabling live access to our data-driven products. Enhance application performance, ensure cross-device compatibility, and improve user experience.
Innovate: You are the owner and expert, we are here to listen to your innovative ideas on integrating cutting edge tools and frameworks, as you stay ahead of technology trends, to drive project efficiency and innovation.
Collaborate: Work closely with a distributed team, leveraging strong communication skills to deliver impactful solutions in a collaborative environment.

Your profile: What you need to succeed

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in frontend development, with a demonstrated proficiency in React and Next.js.
Solid experience in backend development, specifically with Kotlin (and/or Java), including experience with Spring Boot, is essential.
Familiarity with infrastructure as code, specifically Terraform, and knowledge of Kubernetes and/or AWS, highlighting a comprehensive understanding of the full development stack.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating intuitive user experiences.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.
Fluency in German is advantageous but not required.
