Your profile: What you need to succeed

You’ll likely feel comfortable at Acto if you:

  • Enjoy taking responsibility and working with a high degree of ownership

  • Prefer direct communication

  • Are comfortable with a certain level of ambiguity

  • Like working in small teams where individual contribution really matters

  • Care about building sustainable, high-quality solutions

Experience in B2B SaaS, startups, or data-driven products is a plus, but mindset and willingness to learn matter just as much.
