Senior UI/UX Designer (m/f/d)

Your Role
As a Senior UX/UI Product Designer (m/f/d) at acto, you will be instrumental in driving our product development from the ideation phase through to execution. You will collaborate closely with our Product & Engineering Teams to ensure that design solutions not only meet aesthetic standards but also enhance functionality and user experience, directly contributing to improvements in our discovery & delivery streams.
Your mission
  • Leverage your UX/UI expertise to shape revolutionary interfaces that turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. Help us tackle the underutilization of B2B sales & procurement data by crafting compelling UX that drives real-world solutions, setting new benchmarks for the industry.
  • Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes that capture and communicate our vision. Your work will be pivotal in steering our product's development, turning cutting-edge ideas into AI-enhanced tools that lead the market and change the landscape of business intelligence.
  • Deliver detailed, high-fidelity design handovers that seamlessly translate to our tech teams. Your precision will ensure our innovative solutions are flawlessly executed, making complex data insights both accessible and impactful for our users.
  • Lead dynamic brainstorming sessions to solve unique design challenges and translate visionary ideas into developer-ready UI. Your insights will foster UX solutions that surpass user expectations, ensuring Acto provides an unparalleled experience in the BI space.
  • Oversee the continuous enhancement of our UX/UI, increasing usability and reducing user friction. Your guidance will empower users to fully leverage our AI-driven insights, helping them to interact with data as naturally as they would converse with a colleague.
  • Partner with our Head of Product in all phases, setting the stage for Decision Intelligence and encourage a culture of innovation and progressive design across the company.
Your profile: What you need to succeed
  • UI/UX Experience: 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a tech-focused, B2B SaaS environment.
  • User Design drive: A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in user experience design and visual execution across various platforms.
  • Tools Proficiency: in design tools such as Figma, and other prototyping software.
  • Team collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication You’re confident in interacting with stakeholders at all levels and have a strong command of both written and spoken English.
  • Motivation & resilience: A proactive attitude towards challenges and a dedication to pushing the boundaries of what is possible.
